missing parts

I ordered this in February and received the pressure washer within a week but all of the screws & bolts were missing. I found some in the box the the rest must have fallen out. I called Amazon who referred me to Karcher. If you call Karcher, their recording says "press 3 if you a missing parts" Must be a common problem. Anyway, this pushes your call to some overseas call center and they ask for pr0of of purchase. After you fax or email proof of purchase, you have to call back to confirm they received it before they do anything. Next, wait.... then wait some more. After 3 months I still don't have the missing parts. Also the hose had a leak on the first trial run. I would avoid this item....

I would love to give this product five stars, but it did not work upon arrival. Amazon only has a 30 day guarantee, so we have to go through the manufacturer to get it fixed. We believe it is the fuel pump on the Honda engine because it will start up for a few seconds and die. Other than it not working...it is very easy to move and has an attractive design. It is slightly larger than the electric one that we have, but has more power. A great deal for what you get, but just be willing to get it fixed if it doesn't work when you get it.

Powerful & like new machine!

Just used the Factory Reconditioned Karcher G 3025 BHR 3,000 PSI 2.5 GPM 187cc Honda GC190 Gas Powered Pressure Washer on my asphalt driveway after a smooth, timely delivery from Amazon & relatively easy assembly as I needed my friend's assistance with a wrench. The Karcher/Honda washer looked brand new out of the box & started smoothly. Only had to fill it with 10W-30 motor oil, unleaded gas (holds about 1/2 gallon) & pump some air in the tires after less than an hour of assembly time. I was considering the smaller Honda engine available new at my local Costco in Sequim, WA but my friend, who had loaned me his 160CC Honda a few times to clean my composite porch, deck & driveway convinced me to spend the extra $70 for the bigger one. If I had to find fault with anything it would be the instruction manual which doesn't provide the oil capacity even though a 20OZ 10W-30 container is included with the shipment. (It uses about 16OZ of oil.)

No high pressure

I bought this based on reviews of Karcher and Amazon. I went to use the item and did not pump to pressure obviously that defaeted its purpose. I'll update after the service center visit. If you buy it try it fast it only has a thirty day warranty and nothing from Amazon.
