i bought this for my husband and he was very happy. i had read that there was commonly a washer missing but my husband said that there was nothing missing. he did say that the joints on the hose are seeping water but he fixed that with some washers. very happy with this product.

Missing a part out of the box. Wand broke after ~5 uses. Starter broke after a couple more uses. Garbage. Amazon needs to stop selling this.

Good machine if you have mechanical aptitude

After reading the experiences of others here on Amazon I bought the BlueMax with eyes open to potential problems. Sure enough, the 10mm nuts were loose in the bottom of the box and it proved necesary to replace the plastic quick release garden hose fitting with a metal one, plus I had to figure out how to assemble everything on my own, as the manual is very limited, and there are no instructions available online for BlueMax that I could find. The pressure gun assembly was cracked and the tube twisted off inside it when I tightened the spray-nozzle attachment with moderate force. It turned out there's no availability of repair/replacement parts, so I bought a new gun and some brass adapter couplings at Lowe's and, amazingly, was promptly reimbursed the $30 by Amazon's now excellent customer service. The engine started very easily but it repeatedly stopped running after about 30 seconds . There was some partial blockage in the gas tank outlet, so that tilting the entire machine about 20 degrees to provide more pressure to better feed gas into the carburetor allowed it to run constantly (until I can check and fix the restriction in the gas line). I then used it successfully for a couple hours to wash off a very dirty patio deck. For the comparatively lower price I think this pressure washer works quite well once it's quality control problems are solved. But if you're not mechanically inclined I recommend you buy a different unit!

15 second wonder

If you need a power washer that only runs 15 seconds and then shuts off ,then this is the one for you. the blue max #B0010SKKNU Stock # PW2200 is not worth the box it came in. No way to contact who made it. Amozon should be shut down for selling it.
